Before founding Anchorpoint, Steve spent more than 20 years at NAB across operations, leadership and transformation. His experience spans small-team improvement through to enterprise-wide process and technology change across back- office operations, frontline branches, property, procurement, financial crime and risk — working with senior leaders and C-suite stakeholders to turn complexity into practical action.
Steve brings a calm, hands-on and practical approach. His focus is simple: understand what is really happening, identify what needs to improve, and help business owners take clear steps forward.
